Hi there! It’s Kimberly and today I am thinking Outside the Box.
Don’t you love getting a new issue of CardMaker magazine? I cannot wait to sit down and read it front to back and then back to front. There is always so much inspiration that makes me want to get creating. The latest issue’s cover card by Glynda J. Wyatt completely inspired me to get out my washi tape. I have some rolls. I have used it a wee bit. But it wasn’t until her card I thought, hey I get this new trend! Not having the cool colors she did, I grabbed my favorite roll of red and white polka-dot tape and lifted her design. (And I did take it a step farther by die-cutting some pieces layered onto a piece of cardstock and die-cutting it with a heart.)
