Good morning! Heather here to share a card inspired by a beautiful photo I saw on Pinterest! I absolutely LOVE looking for inspiration all around me for cardmaking, and Pinterest is one of my favorite sources! Here is the photo I chose to base my card on for today:
I was inspired by the lattice behind the roses, and the beautiful colors in the photo. I played with them a little creatively, because it is a card—so it doesn’t always have to look like real life, right? Who says you can’t have a green lattice and black leaves with your roses?
Supplies: Desert storm and solar white cardstock from Neenah Paper Inc.; Vintage Roses stamp and die sets, Painting Greetings stamp set and Layering Crisp Dye Inks (red sunset-set of 4) from Altenew; Hand Lettered Thanks stamp set from WPlus9 Design Studio; VersaFine onyx black ink pad from Imagine; Distress ink (bundled sage and antique linen) from Ranger Industries Inc.; black velvet Color Shine from Heidi Swapp; sparkling clear sequin mix from Pretty Pink Posh; Forget Me Not Flowers dies from Simon Says Stamp!; Hexastar stencil from Neat and Tangled.
