Kat’s U Inspire Me
Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Good morning everyone! Kat here today to share my most recent card with you!

One of my favorite places to find inspiration is through Pinterest. I mainly pin paper-craft projects that I love, clothes that I wish were in my closet and pictures of cute animals. But I also occasionally pin images that I find inspiring, like this one:

When I saw this photo, I knew I wanted to make a card because I felt so inspired by it. The pretty image reminded me of a new collection from Pretty Little Studio so I quickly got to work and whipped up this card:

I began by messily stitching down a vellum background to my card. Then I picked out some green, blue and gray die cuts and layered them over one another. I glued down my sentiment and added a sprinkling of sequins as my finishing touch.

Once I had my inspiration piece, the card came together fairly quickly and I’m happy with the end result.

What’s been inspiring you recently?

Kat

Supplies: Cardstock from Bazzill Basics Paper Inc.; vellum and die cuts from Pretty Little Studio; sequins from Pretty Pink Posh; adhesive from Elmer’s.
