The Last Word

It's hard to believe that summer is truly coming to an end. This time of year will have moments of warmth, but the trees are really the ones that start to brighten the sky more than the sun. Enjoy these autumn sentiments and quotes for your cards.

These autumn quotes will keep your card making in line with the season that is quickly approaching. To me, there is nothing better than a beautiful fall day. There is pleasant warmth from the sun, but cool breezes. The change from colorful flowers to trees bursting in reds, oranges and yellows inspires me to create cards that echo the beauty around me.

"Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower."

"I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers."
-- L.M. Montgomery

"Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall."
-- F. Scott Fitzgerald
"By all these lovely tokens,
September days are here,
With summer's best of weather,
And autumn's best of cheer."
-- Helen Hunt Jackson
Trust that an ending is followed by a beginning.
