Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started creating cards:

I’m a pretty silly Catholic lady with awesome parents, eight nutty siblings, three practically perfect in-laws, two adorable nephews and three nieces. Family is a BIG part of my life, and when I’m not hanging out with them or working my day job as a graphic designer, I’m either procrastinating, baking delectable morsels of deliciousness, playing the ol’ geetar, or making cards.

I got started making cards when a friend gave me a rubber cling stamp set for my 14th birthday. I immediately Googled ?handmade card ideas,? totally copied many cards (so poorly that most wouldn?t be able to see the connection ;)), started a blog and have been hooked ever since!

Here are a few of Clare?s favorite cards she?s created:

I love the colors for these cards and the contrast between the navy and pale colors. The florals are so free and happy, as well as the sentiments!

I?m not really a colorist, but I loved how this macho man turned out! Another plus?this is one of those ever needed but ever short in supply kind of cards?masculine cards!

Fun Facts:

My favorite junk food is cookies! I LOVE cookies!

The one word that best describes me is silly.

If I could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive), it would be St. John Vianney.

I?d love to learn how to play every string instrument!

The best concert I’ve ever attended was Scythian, as it?s the only concert I?ve ever attended (introvert probs, ha, ha).

I?m never without my glasses. I?m blind without them. 😉
