Good morning! Heather here to share a card inspired by a beautiful photo I saw on Pinterest! I absolutely LOVE looking for inspiration all around me for cardmaking, and Pinterest is one of my favorite sources! Here is the photo I chose to base my card on for today:

I was inspired by the lattice behind the roses, and the beautiful colors in the photo. I played with them a little creatively, because it is a card?so it doesn?t always have to look like real life, right? Who says you can?t have a green lattice and black leaves with your roses?

I used a stencil to create my soft lattice, then some layering stamps for the roses. The leaves were cut with a die from black cardstock, and the sentiment was pieced from two different stamp sets by two different manufacturers. Once I had the arrangement of the roses and leaves planned out, I used Press and Seal to pick them up and apply adhesive to the back before replacing over my stenciled piece. A few black ink splatters, a little distress inking around the edges, and a few sparkly sequins finish off this card! Here is a closer look:

Thanks so much for dropping by today! Have a wonderful day!
