Pamela’s 10 Minutes or Less Card
Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Hello everyone! Pamela here today to share a card I made in less than 10 minutes. If you are like me, you can take forever to pick just the right papers and embellishments to use. I get caught in a loop thinking Would this look better in pink? Green? Does it need flowers instead of sequins? Maybe both?

So, I decided for this card, I would go with the first things I picked.

My favorite color combo is turquoise and white, so that was an easy decision. I punched some quilt stars and scattered them on the card. I cut a quick gold tag and adhered it in the corner to balance my design. I added a few self-adhesive gems and flowers. Instead of heat-embossing the sentiment which I almost always do, I just stamped it in black.

I was rather pleased with how my card turned out. It only took seven minutes! Since it was so quick, easy and FUN, I thought I would use the other three minutes to see if I could beat the clock with another card.

I started with a premade green card and rounded the bottom corners. I stamped my sentiment on white cardstock. Then, I trimmed it to fit behind my wooden frame. I glued the frame to the card and added a few self-adhesive flower gems. I still had 20 seconds left of my 10 minutes!

TIP: I glued my frame in just a few spots. I think if I received this card, I would want to remove the frame and hang it on my bathroom mirror. Just a little glue here and there makes it easy to remove.

I challenge you to set a timer and see what you can create in just 10 minutes. You might surprise yourself. I would love to see what you come up with!
