I just received a 1 year subscription to your magazine from my sister for Christmas, and I just was thrilled with getting it. I look forward to sending pictures of my cards as I make them up and share them with you ladies who are SUPER talented. As a guy, I have found cardmaking very relaxing and a great stress reliever. I make and give ALL my cards away to friends and those that need encouragement.

I just love your magazine and can't wait for it to come in the mail. I look through it, mark the cards that I want to make and start making them one by one. Where do I find the time? My husband leaves for work at 5 am and that is the time I get up. I don't have to leave for work until 8 am so this gives me time in the morning to work on cards for an hour. Sometimes at work I think of a sketch or see a card online I like and can't wait until the next morning to work on my idea.

I love to do all crafts. Recently my Granddaughter learned to knit. She challenged me to also learn. I agreed, if she would learn card making. We now have two crafts we do together. I just finished my first scarf and she made cards for her friends birthday. Crafting is such a wonderful way to connect with anyone. It is particularly a great way to spend fun time with your children or grandchildren. Thanks Cardmaker for all the fascinating cards and ideas you share
