Materials

  • Square pattern wheel stamp with blue ink cartridge
  • Card stock: white, blue, scrap of gold metallic
  • Blue striped paper
  • Light blue fine-tip marker
  • 2 gold mini round brads
  • Punches: 1/16-inch hole, small diamond and small rounded corner
  • Mini adhesive dots

Cut a 4 1/4 x 11-inch piece of white card stock; score and fold in half. Cut a 4 1/4 x 4 1/2-inch piece of blue striped paper; glue to card, lining up bottom edges.

To form shirt collar, refer to diagram and cut along top edge of striped paper approximately 7/8 inch in from left side and 7/8 inch in from right side. Fold white corners down at an angle, forming shirt collar; secure with adhesive dots. Punch rounded corners at top of blue striped portion.

Stamp decorative square pattern onto blue card stock. Use pattern provided to trace and cut a tie from stamped card stock. Insert top of tie underneath collar and secure with adhesive dots. Attach mini brads at bottom corners of collar. Punch a small diamond from metallic gold card stock; glue at bottom center of tie.

Cut a 1 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch rectangle from blue striped paper; trim bottom corners diagonally, forming a pocket shape. Glue to right side of card; draw stitch marks around pocket with light blue marker.
