Form a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2-inch side-folded card from ivory cardstock; round upper and lower right corners. Cut a 4 1/8 x 5 3/8-inch rectangle from printed paper; cut a 4 1/8 x 2-inch strip from another printed paper. Place paper strip on rectangle 3/4 inch above bottom edge; using zigzag stitches, machine-sew strip to rectangle. Set aside.
Mist floral stamp with water and then add color to stamp with watercolor crayons. Mist stamp lightly once more and stamp onto a 2 1/4 x 4 1/4-inch piece of ivory cardstock. Ink edges light brown; distress edges. Accent flowers with glitter pens.
Adhere image to spring green cardstock; trim a small border and distress edges. Machine-sew randomly along edges of ivory rectangle. Punch a 1/4-inch hole near bottom of rectangle on each side of floral image; thread ribbon through holes. Adhere rectangle to left side of paper rectangle using foam tape. Wrap ribbon around rectangle and tie a bow on right side; trim ribbon ends. Round upper and lower right corners of rectangle; adhere to card front.
Adhere acrylic stones to upper right area of card front. Die-cut a small tag from ivory card stock; stamp "HAPPY Mother's day" on tag with gray ink. Tie tag onto ribbon bow with string; trim excess string. Secure tag with adhesive.
Use gray ink to stamp a sentiment inside card. In the same manner as for card front, stamp a small portion of floral image underneath sentiment.
Decorate envelope as desired.
