I thought I would post a welcome note and maybe a few things to help the newbies to get around the site a little easier.
The number 1 question I get is "
Where are the swaps?"
You MUST register and log in before you can see any of the swaps. We do this to cut down on problems. It's easy to sign up and not follow through if you aren't truly a member of the community. So, we request you sign up as a member, introduce yourself, and then sign up for the swaps on the thread corresponding to that particular swap (You also need to read the instructions from the hostess as to what she wants you to do before she officially counts you as a participant).

Feel free to share how long your have been making cards (no length of time is too short... even "I just started today!" is GREAT to know). You can share anything you want about yourself. Please do remember a few things... this is a public forum, so keep it G and keep your confidential information off the main board (Address, phone number, email address, etc.) for your own safety. The members of the board wouldn't hurt you, but we don't know who may be stalking and harvesting personal information. Better safe than sorry.

Swaps are sorted by Open or Closed. Open is for swaps that you can still sign up for. Once the signup period is over, they are moved to Closed.
