AJ’s U Inspire Me

Hi all, AJ here to share with you my U Inspire Me card. I’ll be honest—I use most inspiration pieces quite loosely, and draw elements from them.

Fruit Inspiration

I saw this picture on a food blog and just loved the bottom part of the photo. The hearts, the colors, and the layout were what I took from it.

Card

I decided to use the cute little heart images from the new Spoon Me stamp set from Gina K. Designs in the same colors as the photo. I stamped three of each onto die-cut circles before adhering them to the card with 3D foam squares. I adhered a few tiny twinkles and some fun washi tape to add a bit more texture and pops of color!

Where do you find your inspiration? And do you just take elements or use the whole piece? We’d love to hear!

Enjoy!

~AJ

Supplies used: Spoon Me stamp set from Gina K. Designs; cantaloupe, dandelion and rose bud Memento ink pads from Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko; rhinestones from Taylored Expressions; washi tape from Freckled Fawn; Standard Circles LG (#S4-114) die templates from Spellbinders™ Paper Arts; Crafty Foam Tape and 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™.
