Kat’s Celebrate & Decorate
Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Good morning everyone! Kat popping in today to share how I use my paper-crafting supplies in a different way. I love to use my pretty paper products to wrap gifts. I know I love receiving pretty gifts as they always make me feel like the giver really cared about me. So, I try to convey those same feelings with the gifts I give.

For today’s project, I chose to wrap my gift in a mason jar. I wanted to create a pretty tag to go on the mason jar that the recipient could save.

To begin, I fussy-cut a flower from patterned paper. Then I stitched alphabet stickers on top and layered the tag with a glassine bag full of pink sequins. As a finishing touch, I glued on some cute buttons that I’ve been hoarding for a while. The tag was easy and simple to make, but I think it adds a nice touch and makes the gift seem more personal.

Thank you for stopping by today!
