Hello all! Stephanie Gold with you today sharing a super fun card with a coordinating gift tag!
I decided to work with Papertrey Ink’s Don’t Forget To Write Kit. I die-cut the card base, the square and the circle first. Once I chose my color scheme, I got to my stamping! I love this kit because it has the perfect sentiments, florals and die cuts to create a ton of different projects.
For my card sentiment, I combined the die-cut “sending” with the stamp “hugs” to add some dimension. I always love coordinating cards and tags by using the same twine or ribbon on both projects—for this one, I chose natural twine.
For the gift tag, I used the same ink colors but I switched up the stamping so they didn’t look too perfectly similar. I wanted them to coordinate without being too “matchy-matchy.”
For my tag sentiment, I simply left it up to stamping. 🙂 I really enjoy making a tag with a card to keep on hand for those days when I don’t have too much time to spend on decorating.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!! Much love. 🙂
