Dawn’s Storage Tip
Print Friendly

It’s Dawn here today sharing easy storage tips for marker refills. I love visiting thrift stores and garage sales; I’m always on the lookout for anything that can be used in my craft room! One day while in a thrift store, I found these two wooden crates. I didn’t know what I’d use them for, but I knew I needed them! It turned out that my Copic® refills fit perfectly inside the crates! I did end up cutting some cardboard inserts to cover the slats making a “floor” for the refills to sit on.

The two crates nest on top of each other and fit nicely on my shelves. You can see I do have a few more refills in another small organizer off to the side. If I keep adding to my addiction … I mean collection, I’ll have to find another crate!

What’s your creative refill storage?

Thanks for stopping by today!

Only have about a half dozen so I store them with my copic markers. That could change soon. Great idea.

Dawn, this is such a brilliant idea! I always see cool storage containers at the thrift stores but never know what they will fit so I don’t get them. Maybe I just need to pick them up and figure it out later. haha PS. OMG, I’m drooling over your Copic Refill collection!

  4. WOW! Great Copic collection. And I love thrift store finds. Great crates.
