We have another exciting blog hop for you today! This time we’re joining designers from Poppystamps to share with you projects showcasing their beautiful die templates. You’ll want to make sure to visit every blog along the way. Plus, there might even be a little giveaway hosted by Poppystamps. 😉
Besides the pretty name, this die creates the most delicate, beautiful butterflies! This card, like all of the cards I make, was quick and easy. I hand-lettered the sentiment onto a white cardstock panel, die-cut several butterflies from various patterned papers and then embellished the panel with tiny dots before adhering it to two different colors of cardstock. Adhering only the centers of the butterflies make them appear as if they’re about to take off!
Supplies used: Elsa Butterfly die (#1054) from Poppystamps; Blending Card from X-Press It; coastal cabana, pistachio pudding and whisper white cardstock and Blendabilities markers (light night of navy, light daffodil delight, light coastal cabana) from Stampin’ Up!; Higgins Eternal black ink and Nikko G calligraphy nib from John Neal Bookseller; die-cutting machine from Spellbinders® Paper Arts; paper trimmer from Fiskars; mini adhesive dots from Elmer’s; E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L®.
Thank you so much to Poppystamps for providing product for all of the designers!
Up next is the talented Jeanne Jachna!
